Sadie's First Food

 

Here are some pictures of Sadie's first experience with food.  We gave her rice cereal just a few days after New Years.  Casey gave her a few bites to start off...

 

Then Caden wanted in on the action.

 

He was very careful and we think he did a great job.

Sadie may not have agreed?  All and all she did pretty well keeping it down and we chalked this one up as a success.

Happy 6 Months Sadie Belle!

It's so hard to believe that our little Sadie girl turned 6 months old yesterday!  She is growing up so fast that I'm barely keeping up.  She's rolling like crazy these days and is really starting to try to scoot around.  We also started her on solids early last week. 

I wanted to hold out until her 6 month pediatrician visit but she wasn't having it.  Every time we ate dinner she would smack her lips and start acting grumpy that we weren't feeding her too - so mama gave in and she got some rice cereal (for the record, dad wanted to give you what you wanted even earlier Sadie Belle).  We've been having lots of adventures lately and I will hopefully post pics soon.  For now, we love you Sadie!
